Strategic Planning

In collaboration with leaders, we create the opportunity to engage partners to assist in planning for a strategy for 3-10 years and pair that with a new or refreshed shared purpose/mission, a vision statement, and set of values to guide organizations forward. 

By engaging partners and staff we typically have a list of deliverables that may include the following:

• An opportunity to allow staff and partners to reflect on previous achievements

• A review of data to identify and confirm recent trends in performance

• Refresh or create a new set of shared purpose/mission statement, vision for the organization and the principles/values to deliver care

• Create a safe atmosphere where partners will have discussions that include opportunities to improve service for the customers of your organization

• A summary of strengths, aspirations and opportunities along with internal and external risks

• A template post event to use as a starting place for an operational business plan

• A report outlining the strategic priorities with the enablers and high-level measures

• Infographics to display on websites or presentations
