Note: We can adapt to meet the needs of the client using a combination of virtual and in-person learning. Learning can be facilitated with the use of case studies, or our preference is for teams to apply the theory to their own QR project during the course. 
 

We offer flexible QI training tailored to your timeline and budget.

Option 1: 2-Day Intensive Course + Ongoing Support 

  • Ideal for teams ready to launch large scale QI projects.  

  • Includes 16 hours of live instruction and up to 4 months of follow-up support (8 hours/month). 

  • Minimum 6 participants with a maximum 21 participants and pricing is based on the group size.  

 

Option 2: 1-Day Beginner Workshop + Ongoing Support 

  • Perfect for smaller teams or early-stage learners. Includes 8 hours of instruction and 4 hours of post-course support within 90 days. 

  • Minimum 4 participants with a maximum of 8 participants and pricing is based on the group size. 

  • Our program offers coaching support to adequately scope the project before the course begins.  

  • Pricing is flexible to accommodate group size. 

 

 

ACLS, BLS and NRP courses

  • As an instructor for the last 30 years in BLS and 15 years for ACLS and 30 years as an NRP instructor-trainer we can provide you with a course tailored to your needs.  Provider courses are typically up to 4 hours and instructor courses are approximately 6-8 hours in length. 

  • We provide a blend of theoretical and practical scenarios to ensure learners can implement skills upon completion of the course.  

  • BLS and ACLS courses are provided under the certification through Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. 

  • NRP courses are provided under the certification through the Canadian Paediatric Society.  


Investment:   

  • BLS - $60/person 

  • ACLS - $275/person 

  • NRP provider - $200/person 

  • NRP Instructor - $750/person (minimum of 4 participants) 
     

Any organization wishing to host an NRP course the organization will provide the following for the course: 

  • Space for didactic portion 

  • Local equipment for the practical portion includes access to a warmer, compressed oxygen/air tanks and mannequins. 

  • Manuals for student instructors. 

  • Advertise and schedule rooms/equipment for NRP classes. 
     

Requirements to take the NRP provider or instructor course you must be one of the following: 

  • Midwives 

  • Nurses 

  • Respiratory Therapists 

  • Physicians 

Implementation & Knowledge Translation

A Knowledge Translation and Implementation Specialist works at the intersection of research, practice, and policy to ensure that evidence-based knowledge is not only shared but also meaningfully applied. By translating complex research into clear, accessible formats and supporting the systematic adoption of best practices, these professionals help bridge the "know-do" gap. Their goal is to improve decision-making, enhance outcomes, and support sustainable change across health, education, social services, and other sectors.
